Night in Spain

Just me walking home from dinner with friends, just thought I would show you what a big difference Spain is to what you could see out my window in Denmark (My empty house tour)..

I should be getting used to this by now, but again it seemed a long 5 hours before we got to Singapore and had a chance to stretch our legs before the marathon 13 hours to London. At least travelling with my boss meant that I got into the lounge on his Gold Card – free food and drinks as well as a chance to sit in comfy chairs and watch the tv / check the internet for the rugby and football results. The flights weren’t actually that bad with films like ‘Next,’ ‘Mr Brooks’ and ‘Ocean’s 13′ to keep me amused before I finally drifted off to sleep. A quick trip through terminal 4 to get to the GB flight to Malaga and before we knew it we were in Spain… Warm weather, sun… What more could we want? Oh, wait, we’re here for work… Dammit! At first I was convinced that my bag had once again been lost, but turned out it just had been put on a different conveyor belt due to arrival from outside the EU (a sign or something would have been helpful!) and once that had been sorted out we were off to the hotel. Malalga / Marbella and the drive in between didn’t exactly inspire, with construction sites and waste ground everywhere. 40 minutes later we were finally in the complex and a simply stunning hotel
